HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS

Heat to 290-320 degrees.

Pre-press for 3-5 seconds until steam is out.

PRESS TIME: 10-15 seconds

40 psi/firm

Optional post-press 3 seconds is needed. 

Please use a heat press machine. We cannot guarantee a manual press will provide good results.
